Feeling grateful for an extraordinary year.
Well friends – we made it!!!
2021 is wrapping up, and a New Year is in clear sight.
The last two years haven’t been easy, but we’ve learned a lot, and made a lot of awesome change. The team and I are so excited for next year, coming in as a more mature, more process-driven agency – with an even more robust team!
I’m so excited to tell you all about it, but first, a quick look back to give you some context:
2020 – When everybody who didn’t want to “go digital”, had to or died.
Two years ago, COVID’s arrival made it clear:
To succeed in business, you need to create new strategies for digital engagement and lead generation.
Relying on doing business on a golf course or at a trade show wasn’t even an option anymore. So, in 2020 we worked with our existing and new clients to evolve to a digital sales mentality and processes to generate results where there had been none.
Part of the challenges was that there was a lot of digital noise happening out there. The constant bombardment of news. Webinars. Digital symposiums. Events where people were mostly talked at, not engaged in conversation.
In this new virtual world, many of our clients found they weren’t getting the same kind of traction they could count on when they met in person.
They just didn’t know how to facilitate a two-way introduction, and conversation, in a fully digital environment.
So, we decided to do something about that…
2021 – Creating space for conversations in a fully digital world.
Last year, the Snow team refined some key digital strategies and tactics that enable business leaders to better connect with each other and with potential clients – recreating the kinds of conversations they once had in person.
We identified key tactics to help business leaders find leads, meet with potential clients and partners online, and continue to build relationships. We highlighted the customer’s true problems, and how to engage them in finding a solution.
An example of this was when we established a Leadership Connect community, centred around a monthly Zoom call, led by a key speaker who addressed a specific theme, and who invited input from all participants.
It’s all about creating digital spaces where business owners, our partners and our clients could have two-way, reciprocal conversations.
These networking and lead generation tactics worked.
2021 was an amazing growth year for not only for our clients, but our team. We continued to be connected to larger, more established firms and partners, which, in turn, expanded our reach and resources.
A shout-out to my incredible team
We couldn’t have accomplished what we did without the people involved.
Alex, Mike and Lois pulled out all of the stops to deliver amazing content and digital experiences that drove results. I’m so thankful for their dedication, and willingness to always go that extra mile to do an exceptional job.
Our team also doubled this year! We’re super excited to welcome our new members:
Megan Normandeau – PR Queen and Social Media Whiz
Jodi Goldfinger – Tech Tools & Solutions Jack-of-all-Trades
Micha Goddard – Long-time friend and world travel companion, and Senior Project & Client Manager
I’m so thankful to have this beautiful gang of talented people along side of me. They make every day fun and engaging as we continue to evolve and grow.
We wish you the biggest slice of happiness and success in the new year!
This is the time to sit back, take stock and be thankful for our wonderful clients and partners, and the team we’ve been lucky enough to surround ourselves with.
In the coming year we look forward to refining what we’ve proven to work in 2021, and continuing to offer amazing support for our clients, to help them grow their business.
Most importantly, we look forward to supporting businesses run by dedicated business owners who are lovely, intelligent, engaging human beings – who strive to better themselves, the lives of their teams, their clients, and their communities. At the end of the day, we are proud to share those goals and efforts with you.
From our family to yours,
